From a 330ml bottle on 16/4/2017. Pours a murky medium golden with a medium head. The nose features sweet, ripe fruity hops. Flavour wise, theres sweet citrus and stone fruit, with a pretty firm, quite spicy bitterness. The texture is slick and quite chewy, with the carbonation average. Its IPA like without being typically American in style. Perhaps not quite a home run, but pretty bold and relatively interesting

33 cl bottle @ home. BBE 06/2017.
Pours clear golden color with a large white head. Very strong resinous and piney aroma, some sweet hops ..and no doubt about Sorachi Ace, luckily its not very strong. Flavor is sweet fruity with pineapple, some herbal notes from the hops, subtle mint and some bitterness. The Sorachi Ace is bearable here but still it grabs my attention and ruins everything else.

More pine, resin, overripe fruit, mango, bittersweet citrus fruits, oranges, soft carbonation, medium bodied, dry and bitter finish. Very nice IPA, intense but well-balanced. Taste of grapefruit, orange, lemon, some coconut, slight dill, a hint of pine, a little grain, toasted malts and subtle earthy, floral hops. Medium bodied and moderate carbonation. A dry, slightly piney, earthy hop bitterness in the finish. Citrus and sorachi nose with rich malts and a decent earthy and floral hop bitterness. Enjoyed this.

33cl bottle at home. Appearance: hazy dark straw with big white head. Aroma is fruity with notes of raspberry, orange, soap, tropical fruits and honey. Taste: medium sweetness and pretty high bitterness. Notes of raspberry, coriander, orange and hops. Passion fruit in the finish. Palate: medium bodied, watery texture and heavy carbonation. Easily drinkable, but couldve been a little more bitter in my opinion.

In my humble opinion a little bit unbalanced. Maybe characteristic of this style but nevertheless not so pleasent for drinking a couple of beers. Aroma not so intense but present. And its main characteristic its bitterness. But a good beer nevertheless
