Borresteijn (7399) - Zaandam, NETHERLANDS - SEP 29, 2010
On tap at Borefts BF ’10. Clear dark amber colour, off white head. Aroma of full on peat and iodine, hint of malts. Flavour is peat, earth, iodine at first, later on rather sweet and malty with loads of peat underneath. Medium bodied. Too much, but tasty as well. bierkoning (13596) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - SEP 27, 2010
Tap @ 2nd BBF. Dark amber color. Beechwood aroma. Smoky bacon flavor with beechwood and smoked cheese. Bacon finish. Well balanced. Another great Närke brew.
caesar (7170) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - SEP 26, 2010
Bottled @ BBF ’10. Dark color, short head. Nice smoked aroma, some ash and tar, bacon. Bit dryish taste, smoked again. Good stuff. Vaiz (4460) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - SEP 26, 2010
Bottle at 2nd BBF @ De Molen. Very very smoked in the aroma, as if a nice campfire just emerged. Slightly thin body and low carbonation. Great beer though, exactly how a smoked brew should be. kerolasa (409) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 25, 2010
Smoky smell. Dark color with a bit of redness if you look against sun. Sweet, smoky, tar & caramel taste. Aroma is too much, way too much.

(Tap @ Konttori, Tampere. Tasted @ 09/07/2010)
Pours a dark reddish brown colour with a minimal but long-lasting head. Massive whisky-like smokiness, roasted malt and wood on the aroma. Flavors include smoked ham, syrup, dry dark fruits and herbs. Great palate with soft carbonation and slick texture. Long and solid finish. Great beer. OleR (4804) - Oslo, NORWAY - AUG 11, 2010

’s Arms, Malmö. A finger of creamy dirty-blond head upon a dark reddish brown body with limited clarity. Tarry and leathery up front. Then a mellowing scent of ashy malts and light roastedness. Notes of tobacco and charcoal. Taste has a strange fruitiness at first, offset by a sourish malt flavor with notes of campfire, tar and tobacco. Light in body weight. Mouthfeel is oily bordering on watery. Smoke linger in the finish. A challenging one, pretty good though.
On tap at Mikkeller. Dark reddish brown with a medium off white head. The aroma is smoke, light peat, bacon, caramel and some dark fruit. The flavour is heavy smoky, peat and faint caramel notes. Very smoky and peaty finish. For hardcore smoke fans. Pinball (12220) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 19, 2010
dark brown, small white head.
aroma is very soked, alost peaty, almost citrussy from the smoke.
flavor is quite smoked, faint roasted grains, bitter carae, faint licorice, sweet caramel, ends caramelly and smoked. JanVittrup (243) - København V, DENMARK - MAY 18, 2010
Very smoked aroma. Not complex.
Taste complex. Malt and smoke plays well and somewhat symphonic with hops and alcohol.
Palate is interesting. Medium-full body, yet bubbly fresh.
Nice, but cannot think of a suitable occasion to drink.
Purchased on tap at mikkeller bar.
