Draught at borefts 2011. I like beers with a smoked aroma, but this was a bit to much smoke. Well actually mostly smoke and nothing else. I would imagine that when one uses a water pipe and after smoking drink the water it would come very close to this...

DId I enjoy it: yes.
Piurs hazy copper with nice light tan head. Short head retention, little lacing. Intense smoky nose, peated, roasty. Medium body, soft carbonation, oily texture. Taste ins smoky, less pronounced than in nose, little roasty and caramel, overall sweet. Smooth and balanced. Good.

the smoky aroma is very prominent (especially in the smell). Leather, sweet malts, lots of smoke. A light body for this type of beer, a bit watery (this doesn't match well with the heavy smoky flavor in my opinion). Not a bad beer, but not great either.

Dec. ’16. On tap at Be.Re, Rome, with ippopotamo36. It poured a hazy brown body with medium sized head. Very smoked aroma, bacon, fireplace wood, peat. Nice. Very nice flavor as well, strong, smoked, yet creamy. Lightly sweet and sour, peat, smoked cheese and bacon, with very elegant cocoa and chocolate malt. Showed some secondary flavors as it opened up, with dried fruits and earthy, peppery spices. Medium bodied with long finish that followed the flavor pretty much to detail.
