Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, strawberry - candy yeast notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, pine neddle, strawberry notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Cask at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm. Lightly hazy mahogany colour. Fruity nose with mild fir needle aroma. Mid sweet with above medium body and really soft mouthfeel. Bready, cushiony malt where cherry blossoms meets deep taiga forests. Borefts Beer Festival IV. Day 1. Clear amber beer, little cream coloured head. Light lactose malt. Sharp minerals. A little mellow citrus with fresh hop sting. Mild orange with a trace of red berry fruits. Good juicy hops here - but well behaved. Dry finish.
