Bottle. Fresh as a spring forest, sweet as candy - and well balnced as a really good beer. Notes of grass, cranberries and campari. Very refreshing, yet without that certain hop bitterness. Highly drinkable. Unique.

Tap @ In De Wildeman. Brown color, hazy. Dense, uneven, off white head. Aroma’s: malty sweet, citrus, with spices, herbs and fruit (sweet fruit & citrus) retronasal. Flavor is medium sweet, fruity. Medium bodied, quite high carbonation. Finishes with some ash (!) and medium bitter. Interesting....

Sampled from tap at Borefts 2016. Clear, amber with a beige head. Sweetish, malty and herbal aroma of spruce, caramel and orange peel. Sweetish, malty and slightly resiny taste of caramel, orange jam and pine, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly resiny finish. Medium body, slightly oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Pours a coper beer with a white head. Smells honey and something special. Tastes sweet and honey. Thin body, average carbo and a watery texture.

The spicy scent smells encode and Christmas Eve. Mild and smooth in the mouth, gentle bubbles. Sweet and bitter taste of candy caramel, pine needles and dried prunes. Tasty, fun and exciting. It spreads a pleasant warmth in my body.
