On tap at HaandFestival 2012. It’s a lightly unclear, amber colored beer tpoped by a small, dense, beige head. Sweetish and faintly meaty aroma with a forest-ish hint. Both aroma and flavor a bit dull I think, but there’s sure some forest present. The flavor has a caramel maltyness in the in back, and a forest touch up front, but as mentioned, rather boring. Full body, soft and smooth on the palate. Some bitterness in the finish. Boring, but sure drinkable, and it deserves the name. 120504 FatPhil (16953) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - SEP 6, 2013

Nce re, but a bit flat. Odd aroma, dirty stale aroma from the back of the spice shelf in the kitchen. Sticky sweet "red ale" malts, sugary, weird spices too. A bit dead in the palate. Some lacticity in the finish. Where’s the beer here? Finish has some dessert - red berries in a pie? cheesecake? vanilla cream? WTF, this is not what I came here for - scrolling past...
Dark amber in color with a white head. Sweet toffee and caramel malt aromas with a bit of fruity hop character. Plenty of citrus aromas and some floral qualites, too. The flavor is a nice balance of sweet malt and hops. Toffee and caramel notes along with floral and citrus peel hops, hints of pine, and a mild bitterness.
