Draft at Borefts 2013. Wonderful surprise. Hints of spruce and the scent of Christmas tree. Light acidic, red or forest fruits and some bitterness. Very enjoyable.

Hopmaestro (1653) - Örebro, SWEDEN - DEC 8, 2015
Tap at Örebro Ölcafe: Aroma is indeed northern forest with spruce and autumn/late summer notes. Pretty nice malt aroma as well. Caramel-ish. Taste is sweet, with almost honey like notes with stings from spruce needles. Really nice and the spruce provides the extra that is needed.

sebletitje (10080) - Enghien, BELGIUM - MAY 31, 2016
Draft sample @ Haand fest ’16, Drammen. Shared with the Norwegian tasting crew.

Clear orange-red coloured, with a small off-white head. Sweet caramels on the nose. Tastes like the caramels called the king of Denmark, sweet rapberries, tree sap and with a little herbal bitterness. Odd to come to termes with but after a few sips not as sweet anymore and a experiment that really worked.

3.7
gyllenbock (9160) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - APR 24, 2012
On tap at Bryggerifestival at Malmö Brygghus, April 2012. Clear light copper with a small creamy head. Very special and very fresh. Sweet with a lot of "forest" in it. Really an interesting beer to have tried. I would like to call it an unique beer.

28th September 2012
Borefts Beer Festival IV. Day 1. Clear amber beer, little cream coloured head. Light lactose malt. Sharp minerals. A little mellow citrus with fresh hop sting. Mild orange with a trace of red berry fruits. Good juicy hops here - but well behaved. Dry finish.
