courtesy of Per Samuelsson - slightly amber colour and a little foam; huge hoppy aroma showing notes of apricot and cream; full-bodied, lively and soft palate, some sweetness before a powerful bitterness; very long hoppy, fruity finish - a hop bomb which manages to be balanced; what a beer ! fiulijn (20492) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 4, 2009
Draught at Akkurat, Stockholmkraddel (8110) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - SEP 29, 2014
Hazy copper color; big head. Strong fruity aroma (oranges, some mango), but there is also a pleasant, light cheesy presence. Full bodied, there is a strong caramel and toffee flavor, quite sweet; but the most interesting side of this beer is a earthy, rural character, reminding the manure side in English Golden Ales, that pairs with the cheesy aroma; it has a strong bitterness, with a very good fruity component (bitter oranges), but also mild resins.
Every element is clear, strong, but never overwhelming the others.
A balanced, complex Double IPA with an edge more. Wonderful.

Bottled @ RBESG2005: After drinking Banks Legends this was like going to heaven. Dark golden coloured. Light unclear. Beige head. Fruits, herbs, spices, some citric notes in the aroma. Flavour is very hoppy. Herbs, sweetness, some alcoholnotes, spices and fruits comes to mind while drinking this beer. Full bodied and pretty well balanced. Is very bitter with a touch of sweetness in the end. Really nice one. gnoff (10336) - Mölndal, SWEDEN - APR 15, 2006

Marsiblursi (3076) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - MAY 28, 2006
Double IPA with OG 1-081 and ABV 7.8%.
My first ever experience of this brewery, though I’ve tried lots more since. Nice color, nice hoppy scent and taste. No real hint of the strong alcohol part from the warming feeling. Really well made and balanced.

Big, white head. Slowley decreasing. Honey-orange-amber-coloured.
Aroma of sweet exotic fruitjuice. Peach and mandarin. Citrusy, bitter and dry in the nose. Tiny hints of candybanana with honey-tones.
Flavour of big grapefruitish bitterness. Pineapple, orange and apricots. Sweetish, rasiny and a bit oily .Good body.
Swedens only attempt for a doubble IPA, hang loose. DonMagi (5593) - bantervile, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - AUG 30, 2006
Aroma gives peachy, hoppy, candy sugar. Taste is similar balanced more than expected. A seriously good beer, however not an iipa. ekstedt (6773) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUL 8, 2007
UPDATED: MAR 14, 2011 Bottle. Hazy amber with a fluufy off-white head. Creamy and toffeish malt mixes well with strong floral hops, and some fruity notes as well. Medium bodied and very smooth. Excellent balance with a long bitter finish. Another great beer from närke, though it feels more like a strong IPA than a DIPA. ante (3373) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAY 14, 2005
