COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Palme (4823) - Bergen, NORWAY - AUG 11, 2016
On tap @ Borefts 2014. This is a crystal clear one this, it’s deep golden in color and the head is tall, nice looking, lacing and white in color. Sweetish aroma. Not too much reminding me of a weiss, but perhaps it not supposed to be that at all? Grassy in a way with a nice malty sweetness. Hints of banana. Golden taste also in a way. It has a light oily texture in the mouth and it’s about average on the small bubbled carbonation. Yeasty finish with hints of white pepper. Strange, but not bad. 26.09.2014

Draught at Malmö Hamnmästaren. Clear golden beer with an offwhite head. Malty caramel aroma. Floral, spicy grassy flavour, grassy.

Hopmaestro (1749) - Örebro, SWEDEN - APR 2, 2015
Aroma is fruity wheat with that yeast profile breaking through. The taste is berry-ish malts with a light sweet banana hint. I kinda liked the hops in this one, and overall it felt a bit more "chewy" than other Hefeweizens and that made me appreciate it more than I usually do with these kind of brews.

Kindly shared by Jaghana Couleur orangée trouble, légère mousse beige. Nez malté, leger fruité et levures. Gout malté, vieilles agrumes, levures, amertume tannique. Corps moyen. Je la croyais un peu dépassée, mais non bonne jusqu’en 04/2015. Moyenne

Bottle 50cl traded with Nisse666 thanks, my first Narke !! A cloudy copper beer with huge head. Nose is on yeast and dry malt. Aroma is on malt, astringent fruit skin notes, yeast, pineapple notes, saison dimension, light sourish touch, metallic hints. Finish is on dry wheat and lot saison yeast.

Svesse (8777) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - DEC 16, 2014
(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm, 20 Sep 2014) Pale amber colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of elderflower, hay, citrus and bread. Fruity, wheaty taste with elderflower, citrus, crisp malt and a certain citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Tasty and refreshing with a certain hop presence. Quite nice.
