LoFi (1718) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUL 20, 2011
Draught. Almost black with a creamy cappuccino head. Aroma: coffee grounds, roasted, hints of smoke, some acidity. Taste: Roasted malt, coffee grounds, some acidity, licorice, some chocolate, some candy I can’t name. Medium-bodied, low carbonation. Nice, but not among the better from Närke.

[email protected] Very deep brown colour, close to black, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is coffee, ashes, some mild leathery notes as well. Flavour is similar along with some roast and quite strong bitterness towards the finish.

marcus (10222) - Sacramento, California, USA - MAY 15, 2011
Bottle shared by haggerty. Pours jet black with a thin tan head with beige splotches and a coffee aroma. There is a strong coffee flavor with treacle and a dry bitter chocolate finish. Very tasty.

Koelschtrinker (20394) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 11, 2011
/11/11/12//12

Draught @BBF 2010. This is a great beer! Coffee dominates the entire experience but leaves you with a smooth aftertaste. Wow.

At Borefts BF 2010. Black thick beige head. coffee. First thing that hits you. Just increible, like espresso in alcohol form. What impresses me with Narke is the quality and condition of the beers. Love the coffee.

Christian (13670) - Odense, DENMARK - DEC 25, 2010
lack with a small off-white head. Aroma of coffee, chocolate, berries and toffee. Dry and a bit thin malty flavour with toffee notes, and a very elegant rich coffee character

Brandman (2948) - Helsinki, FINLAND - DEC 21, 2010
Pitch black, tanned head. Aroma has morning espresso, battery acid, tiramisu, ash, coffee, cardamon and intense black roasted malt. Foamy and dry. Has lots of herbal flavour.

Ungstrup (37558) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - DEC 13, 2010
Draft. A black beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has strong notes of coffee and chocolate - reminds me of sticking my nose in a freshly roasted bag of coffee, but there’s also a note of roasted malt. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of chocolate and coffee, as well as light notes of roasted malt, leading to a dry and lightly roasted finish, where both the coffee and chocolate note lingers. The mouthfeel is very smooth.
