Draught @ Borefts Bier Festival 2010, Brouwerij de Molen, Overtocht 43, Bodegraven, Netherlands.
Clear dark black color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, chocolate, coffee, dusty, cold coffee. Flavor is heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, milky. Body is medium, texture is oily - a bit thin, carbonation is soft.
From tap. Pours dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is coffee, toffee and caramelish - slight hoppy. Dark malty, roasted and breadish. Sweet malty, coffee and bitter. Slight citric and bitter dry into a roasted malty finish. Lasting coffee note. Ungstrup (38940) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - DEC 13, 2010
Draft. A black beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has strong notes of coffee and chocolate - reminds me of sticking my nose in a freshly roasted bag of coffee, but there’s also a note of roasted malt. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of chocolate and coffee, as well as light notes of roasted malt, leading to a dry and lightly roasted finish, where both the coffee and chocolate note lingers. The mouthfeel is very smooth. joergen (29611) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 25, 2010

Very deep brown colour, close to black, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is coffee, ashes, some mild leathery notes as well. Flavour is similar along with some roast and quite strong bitterness towards the finish.
Draught at Borefts Beer Festival 2010, courtesy of, and poured by, Christoffer, the creator of this incredible brew - thank you sir! Hazy purplish chestnut color, small tan head. Aroma of coffee grounds, bitter cocoa, vanilla, cinnamon. Taste is dilute coffee, dark chocolate. Great mouthfeel for a light bodied beer. One of my favorites of the whole festival. madmitch76 (26413) - , Essex, ENGLAND - OCT 10, 2010

Opaque black beer with a creamy tan head. Softish palate. Fresh dark malt. A trace of roastiness compliments the creamy lactose. Mineral. Tiny bit of smoke. Very well joined up. Finishes dry.
