Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm. Dark golden color with creamy head. Perfumed hoppy aroma with lemon, raisins, honey, apricot and malt in the background. Bittersweet and honeyish flavor with biscuity maltiness and perfumed-lemony hops. Bitter finish. Very low real ale like carbonation. A bit sticky palate.

(Draught at Bishops arms, Vasagatan) It poured a slightly hazy golden liquid, with a medium sized icream looking foam that left allot of lacing on the side of the glass. The foam stayed around until I had finished the beer and it looked very appealing. It had a smell of grassy hops, hay, citrus and grapefruit. It also had a hint of something nutty, couldn’t quite put my finger on it. It tasted very smooth and fresh with grassy hops and some grapefruit. The bitterness was medium to high, but not overwhelming at all which made it easy to drink. A real thirstquencher and I would have loved to try it in the sun. But it worked great in the hot weather as well.

Borefts Beer Festival IV. Day 1. Hazy gold beer, little white head. Light crisp palate. Carbonated sting. Fresh. Mild pale malts with nice grapefruit - orange citric hops. Mild seltzer minerals. Sharp dry finish. A great ’out of the blue’ beer - really refreshing.

(Draught at The Rover, Gothenburg, 1 Aug 2007) Pale orange colour with frothy white head. Fruity nose with orange, mandarin, Seville orange and a hint of yeast. Fruity taste with notes of citrus (mandarin, orange). Lovely citrussy hop character in the finish. Fairly dry, slightly yeasty. Very easy to drink considering the high hop profile. Very nice!

Ljunkan (530) - Karlstad, SWEDEN - AUG 18, 2009
On tap at Bishops Arms, Karlstad. Pours a golden color with a mediumsized white head, leaving some nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is hoppy with grass, flowers, some hints of apricot, and some light caramel notes. Flavour is bitter grassy with notes of grapefruit, apricot, peach, flowers and some light toffeish notes under this. Finishes with big bitterness. Mediumbodied in the mouth with average carbonation, the mouthfeel is also quite dry. A very nice, drinkable beer. It’s nice with some New Zealand hops which brings somewhat another impression than the more usual American hops. I don’t know what I like the most, but this is tasty.
