3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. The pour was a medium brown with a yellow hue and an average sized (1-2 finger) frothy off white head that diminished to a thin layer of residue and lasted throughout creating some really good spotty sticky lacing.
The aroma was of mild bread and grain malts, an herbal hop and a sweet earthy yeast with notes of toffee and caramel.
The taste was lightly sweet and malty with just a mild hint of toffee at first and then got a little hop bite with a nice caramel note at the end. The flavor lasted a decent amount of time with a slight hoppiness left at the finish.
Mouthfeel was just a bit above light in body with the texture being a bit watery and a tad dry with a lively carbonation.
Overall a nice tasty Amber ale with a nice mild hoppiness to it. But it seems that everything I try from this brewer is quite tasty.
Not very interesting. Not much flavor on the front end, but there is a little bit of tasty bitterness on the backend. Good qualf.

Bottle from Harris Teeter, Hampstead, North Carolina. Amber brown with a thickish frothy-bubbly head. Crisp, sweet hoppy beer with a slightly gritty darker malt influence. SanfordBrewer (1608) - Sanford, Florida, USA - JUN 20, 2017

Aroma: vienna malt fruity notes, faint herbal hops.
Taste: tart graininess, watermelon esters, herbal hops.
bottled - nice amber color. Slightly sweet aroma. Decent malt flavor with a hint of caramel. JPDIPSO (6262) - Wauwatosa, USA - MAR 29, 2017
Yep, amber color. Moderate sized off-white head. Lightly toasted malt, light orange zest and celery scents. Mild sweet toasted malt and caramel in the front. Mild floral hops in the middle. Finish is sweeter with some orange blossom honey. A fairly easy drinking amber once I got past the aroma. 4/13

Pours a clear amber body with a small wispy off-white head. The nose is grainy, slightly burnt and husky malt with some light caramel sweetness. The flavor is pretty poor, it’s very husky and grainy with a slight burnt grain finish. Pretty well lacking in hops for the most part. Light to medium bodied with a slight cling and soft light carbonation. Not so good, even for an amber ale.

I enjoyed this one for the style. Ambers are hit or miss for me. Nice balance with a semi-creamy texture. Malty with mild hop content....almost like a lighter brown. Friend from GA brought me a few beers from this brewer....all were decent. yespr (47034) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - SEP 29, 2016
From tap. Pours cloudy orange with a small off white head. Aroma is toasted malty with a slight caramelish note. Bitter, toasted malty. Dry, bitter and caramelish malty finish. cheap (6007) - Beaver Valley, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 10, 2016
Bot. Smells like a big malty brew. Looks like a yuengy. Big malty taste. Middle goes a little medicinal. Some carbonation. Slightly cooler than room temperature. A little fruit in there sometimes, alky soaked fruit, just a little. Gets a little difficult near the end. Yes, malt effects are prevalent throughout the session. Not sure if any hops are detected or not. HourGlass13 (1009) - North Carolina, USA - MAY 29, 2016
Pours a nice copper color, with a medium, bubbly, off white head. The aroma is toffee, nuts, raisins, and some light cardamon. Sweet flavor throughout.. Medium body, a little crisp and harsh. This is a good, malty amber ale.
