Tempting aroma and thick amber pour leads to a stronger than expected taste and balanced mouthfeel.
Golden appearance with a soft hop profile balanced but malts. Pretty standard IPA. OrthoDoc (189) - South Carolina, USA - JUL 26, 2016
Brewpublik, a few weeks old. Overall very average IPA. Floral, piney, and grassy aroma but overall pretty muted. Taste is a little better with the highlight being some malt sweetness and grassiness from the hops. Drinkability is high but lacks complexity. This tastes somewhat like Stone Delicious IPA but not as good. Not worthy another try. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone obguthr (6294) - Staunton, Virginia, USA - OCT 10, 2015
Strong bouquet of strawberry, mango, and rosehips. Sublime! Clear amber, thick billowy head, nice lacing. Honey and mango, with a leafy grass finish. Medium body, soft. Good level of bitterness, but it doesn’t mesh super well with the fruity flavors. If you like fruity IPAs, like I do, you’ll love this one! Belgian yeast? Freaking fantastic! Poured from the bottle into a pint glass to drink. The beer had a pretty hazy straw-amber color with a mild gold hue and a good-sized foamy white head that had fairly short retention to go with average cling and lacing. Its aroma featured scents of barley and grain along with some fruit and floral tones, a bit of yeast, and a sour effect. The taste was a good citrus and grainy bitter flavor with a mild sour grain effect too and some modest floral components. It was a fairly lively beer with good carbonation, a full and slightly watery body, and a somewhat dry character. chinchill (4899) - South Carolina, USA - NOV 7, 2014
On tap. Leaves excellent lacing.
Remarkable simulation of oranges and orange peel in both the flavor and aroma. Mild bitterness for style.
Medium body and carbonation.
O: a very fruity (citrus) and appealing IPA.

Clear deep golden colour with a medium size foamy white head.
The aroma is strong pine, citrus, soap and resin hops, moderate bitterness and some maltiness. The flavour is very strong dark bitterness with some sweetness.
Pours golden from bottle. Big fluffy white head . Floral and citrus. Medium bodied. Not too bad GTAEgeek (2183) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - SEP 22, 2014
12 oz. bottle. Pours light gold, with a medium, foamy, beige head. Bursting floral and citrus aroma, with some notes of pine, caramel, and some light cinnamon. Sweet and malty, with some significant bitterness. The aftertaste is long, bitter, and a little off. Light to medium body, sticky, and fairly astringent. Overall, this is mediocre IPA. Slightly off flavor, and unpleasant, metallic mouthfeel. SpringsLicker (3612) - Tennessee, USA - SEP 21, 2014
Clear gold with generous mostly white head. Leaves sticky webbing on the sides of the glass as it slips below.
The aroma is light flowery citrus hops.
The flavor is lightly bitter with a sweet malt support that says hello and then steps aside to let the hop bitterness close the show in a long bitter finish. scotchzombie (582) - Raleigh, North Carolina, USA - SEP 19, 2014
Pours hazy straw amber with a massive foamy white head that laces like mad. Aroma is jammy lemon-orange-floral citrus. Taste is quick to the piney hops and then flows into some rich orange-grapefruit citrus. Backbone is semi-sweet and the aftertaste is bitter. Very atypical but enjoyable and drinkable AIPA. Wish this were a regular from Natty G - it's one of their best.
