This beer pours up dark murky mahogany, with a thin beige ring for a head. The aroma is malt, caramel, brown sugar, and light holiday spice. Taste is similar with molasses, caramel, and holiday spice. On the sweet side. Light to medium in body with pretty low carbonation. Enjoyable beer on a cold rainy day. jcnielsen (3413) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - DEC 1, 2015
Bottle. Pours a brown color with off white head. Caramel, malty, slight wood aromas. Caramel, spices, malty, wood flavors. Nothing really stand out in this beer, not good, not bad. jcos (1851) - Maryland, USA - NOV 18, 2015

Appearance: Pours a dark red semi opaque.
Aroma: Aroma of cinnamon.
Taste: Lightly bitter, some cinnamon, hint of orange peel.
Palate:Light medium body.
Summary: Sets out what it seeks to do. Drinkable.
Old rating. Forgettable heavy spiced beer. Ginger, cinnamon, pumpkin spices over medium bodied ale with some citrus hops. Beergeek23322 (2602) - Chester, Virginia, USA - MAR 10, 2015
2/27/2015. From bottle. Wintery spice aromas, light malt, citrus. The spices are a little too dominant for my palate. Would have been nice if other nuances would balance it a bit.

Bottle. Dark cloudy beer. Not much head. Ginger spice aroma and taste but not too strong. Nice bit of bite. Decent.

Aroma: The nose is nutty and sweet malts, some caramel/toffee, and some spice
Appearance: Pours a murky looking brownish-red color with a small head
Flavor: The taste is along the same lines, sweet and malty, spice, and light, earthy hops
Palate: The body is medium, leaning light, with a decent mouthfeel
I thought this was a decent, drinkable beer overall. I didn’t get as much of the gingerbread flavor as I’d expect from a beer described as "gingerbread in a glass." There’s some winter style spices, but the nutty and malty flavors are more dominant in my opinion.
Bottle, shared from Timmy. Reddish-brown color, with a thin, grey head. Syrupy and be easy nose, with a mild, artificial cherry hint and some nondescript spice. Sticky sweet, with almost no bitterness. Medium to heavy body, with a cloying, sticky, and thick feel. Meh. AKORN (220) - Virginia, USA - DEC 24, 2014
Dark amber color with a thin white lacing. Malt, and other aromas I cannot place. Weak aroma. Malt, sour, spices with a mild sweetness aftertaste. Good beer geologyguy (1632) - Columbia, South Carolina, USA - DEC 24, 2014
Very sweet malt smell, very sweet taste, good and smooth no hops, dark fruits taste, can taste alcohol decently
