At Natty Greene's in Greensboro. Nice, deep gold/honey color. Great, great nose - passionfruit, floral notes, an pine. Taste is good, but not as good as nose. Some citrus and pine hops, but lacks some of the bite/bitterness that I like in IPAs. Needs a bit more structure. Still good , but not great.

Draft at the Greensboro location. Pours a hazy orange color with a large creamy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of citrus hops and pale malts. The taste is citrus and resin hops, pale malts. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness. Nice beer. prawlie (1583) - Berkshire, ENGLAND - APR 14, 2013
On draught at Natty Greenes’ in Greensboro. Nice dry and bitter IPA. The after taste is particularly dry. Tasty. Onenote81 (1002) - Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA - APR 27, 2012
Originally reviewed: 3/21/10. Had this on tap at the brewpub last night. Excited to see some new beers on the list, and even more excited when one was an IPA! Came out a very cloudy dark orange with a creamy off-white head on top. Great retention; left lots of pretty sip rings on the glass. Scents of overpowering pine resin, some citrus zest, and a light sour note.
Great full-bodied IPA here. Creamy going down, but plenty of carbonation backing. Big bitter flavors right off the bat. This is high hopped, and highly bitter. Lots of lip-smacking tart citrus, with mild bread in the middle and a sharp bitter finish. Little bit of lingering bitterness on the palate as well. Dang. Great beer Natty’s. I think this may be my favorite to date. And like the reviewer commented before me, this is SO much better than their "Imperial" IPA.

Pours clear amber with thick lacing; light berry overtone in aroma, grapefruit, cascade hops. Hops are more in flavor than in bitterness. Decent caramel malt backbone. Musty cellar aroma at end. Not as aggressive as billed. thagr81_us (175) - Gaffney, South Carolina, USA - JUN 2, 2010
Served from tap into a standard pint. Pours a nice orange-red color with a one-finger white head that lingers. Maintains excellent lacing throughout. The aroma is comprised of only mild hops. The flavor however has massive hops with a slight malt note. It was medium on the palate with medium carbonation. Overall this is a pretty nice IPA. It could however be awesome if it defined the hops or malt notes more. Definitely my favorite brew from Natty Greene’s thus far. Dickinsonbeer (5074) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - JAN 19, 2010
New seasonal on tap at Natty greenes- expected to kick this weekend (1/20/10). Pours a hazy copper with a thin head. Aroma is grassy herbal with light citrus notes- big yeasty doughy malts, light cracker and carapils sweetness. Flavor is earthy doughy a bit harsh hoppy- herbs citrus orange peel, and a bit minty overall. A bit rough, homebrew like, unfiltered, but nice.
