Braudog (6835) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - NOV 18, 2016
Bottle. This starts well, with a voluminous pour and a nice, airy, piney aroma. But then, although not imperfect, it mostly comes across as an "every day" beer, with little distinctive flavor beyond a very mellow, sip-able brew. (#6401, 11/18/2016)

DCLawyer (2914) - Falls Church, Virginia, USA - AUG 9, 2016
Bottle->2/3 English pint glass. Clear gold with huge frothy offwite head. A: spicy pine hops, malt, pepper, soap. Taste is same, with an off flavor and misplaced zestiness. Not great.

shrubber85 (11618) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - MAR 4, 2016
Bottle. Grassy, lightly soapy orange malt and orange peel aroma (soapy aroma much more apparent in the head). Golden yellow with giant head. Lightly sweet orange biscuit malt and moderately bitter grapefruit peel flavor. Decent body.

Bottle, Wine Warehouse, CHO. Pours slightly hazy amber with a small off white head. Smells of citrus hops and earth. Taste is an immediate funk of wet Lipton tea bags... some sour notes and bitter peel.

2.9
bnokk (545) - Lee, Massachusetts, USA - JAN 19, 2016
APPEARANCE- dark golden yellow, like straw. perfectly clear. Amazingly tenacious head with luxurious lacing. NOSE- moderate strength resinous hop. Slightly fruity hop scents color the resin scents nicely. FLAVOR- good flavors with a little hop bitterness. NOTES- nice pale ale that’s not overpowering with hop, which is nice for a pale ale.

Pretty refreshing middle of flavors on everything. Not overly hoppy, clean and fresh flavors. Taste very local and well balanced.
