Bottle. The pour was a cloudy medium yellow with a huge (3-4 finger) white fluffy head that was mostly lasting, reducing to a thick cap of foam and had very good sticky lacing. The aroma was of a light grain malt and a sweaty soapy yeast with notes of citrus (lemon and orange) and a bit of coriander. The taste was very mildly sweet, a bit acidic and had a light grain taste with a nice note of citrus at first and finished with a very mild bitter acidic taste with notes of wheat/yeast and coriander at the end. The flavor lasted an average time with a spicy wheat taste fading slowly. Mouthfeel was light in body and a little watery in texture with a nice prickly carbonation. Overall a very good Witbier that had all the basic elements and a bit of spice making it a very drinkable and enjoyable brew...

Bottle. Light lemon, coriander, and wheat malt aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Lightly sweet lemon, very light coriander, wheat malt, and straw flavor. Okay body. More like a standard wheat beer - not very witbier-like.

Pours a hazy yellow on tap with fluffy white head that dissipates quickly to leave light lace. Aroma of wheat and a hint of floral fruitiness. Taste is a bit more toward the yeasty side, but mild and mostly citrusy witbier. A little thin, mild esters, decent, but just not for me.

Good. Not great. Clear yellow pour. Wheat oj the nose. Adds a sweet floral on the tongue. Enjoyable, but not a top choice.
