COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Natural Ice is brewed with a blend of premium American-grown and imported hops and a combination of malt and corn that lends Natural Ice its delicate sweetness. It then undergoes Anheuser-Busch’s exclusive ice-brewing process, which takes the beer to a temperature below freezing and leads to the formation of ice crystals which create its signature rich and smooth taste.

Characterized by its robust body, delicate sweetness and smooth, rich taste.

The introduction of Natural Ice provided the company with two brands in the value priced ice beer category (Busch Ice was also introduced in 1995).

24 oz. can that I only had a little bit of from backlog notes 07/08. Pours a pale straw yellow color with a thin white head. The aroma and flavor is surprisingly boozy with the typical corn notes, sawdust, nasty graininess. Just no reason for this unless a macro drinker is trying to get there faster.

(Revised from 2007 rating.) This one is pretty rough. Pours a pale piss gold with a lot of carbonation and a white head. Plenty of corn, sweet malts, metal, straw, wet grass - one that you kind of have to choke down. But it got the job done in college, offering a 5.9% boost for the lowest price per ounce. So I guess it has some value.

I expected NO flavor...what I got was gag-inducing bad flavor. The "people" who "brew" this should be ashamed. Smelled like orange juice that sat next to a basement radiator too long. Tasted metallic, slightly oily with a tinge of mildewy orange. Didn’t even have the decency to be overly carbonated so the bubbles could scrub my palate.

Can shared thanks to Erickok. Clear golden pour with a white head. Thin taste. Nothing good about this beer.. Absolutely dreadful

24oz can from gas station in Virginia. Pours clear straw. Low carbonation. Denser white head settles down quickly. Little lacing. Nose is cinnamon apples. Taste is awful papery oatmeal water. Gritty, corn flakes. Very soapy plus butter. Just the nadir of macro taste.

Natty ice...too many beer pong games played with this. Pale yellow, white head, aroma of chemicals, corn, some cereal. Taste is got a nasty chemical portion, and some alcohol taste. Not good.

12oz can, offered by my friend David over spring break, who swears by this stuff. Honestly, it wasn’t that bad... And I think the "malt liquor" label is falsely applied here. He loved it for the smoothness, and it certainly has that going for it, and it wasn’t offensive... so how is a 1.0 average score warranted here? I even wanted to hate it, being the beer nerd of the group. Super clear pale yellow color, bubbles on side of glass.. Nice, thick foamy white head, leaving little lace. Smooth carbonation is slightly on the lighter side for an american macro-lager. Sort of savory, light salty taste. Neither good nor bad. Aroma is white bread. Light skunk, hint of zesty citrus peel. Actually... More enjoyable than I expected it to be

Can. Pours yellow with a white head. Aroma is lightly sweet malt with a note of corn. Watery body. Flavor is cereal grain. Better than Natty Light, but just barely.

12 oz can. It feels like 100 degrees here and this looked like it would taste cold. Straw coloured beer, white head. Smells like corn flakes Flavour matches the aroma. Fizzy palate, corn and a short but not unclean finish. It’s completely uninteresting, but I’ve had much worse.

Nastiness in a can. Up there with some of the worst ever. Absolutely no redeeming value whatsoever.
