Spritzig, gut trinkbar. 10/8/9/7//8

Lovely foaming lager beer with the aroma of some fruit. The taste is a little way of white bread, fresh grains and a little touch of green apples. Very pleasant hoppy dry aftertaste where malt steps back a little on the field. The carbonation is soft and elegant and contributes to a full enjoyment.

UPDATED: MAR 29, 2015 On tap at the brewery bar. Cloudy golden colour with average off-white head. Aroma is weak, mostly malty. Taste is slightly fruity and hoppy with medium bitterness. Light body with soft carbonation. A light beer.

Fat @ Naturbier.

On tap at the brewpub. Cloudy gold pour with white head. Aroma is bready, nice hoppiness, husky grainy notes. Taste is bready, slightly yeasty with nice bitterness, slightly husky/astringent grain flavors, tastes a bit young but otherwise very easy drinking. Palate is light. Decent.

In short: A yeasty blonde lager of some kind. Unpolished session lager.
How: Tap at brewpub.
The look: Partly cloudy dark blonde body topped by a persistent small white head.
In long: Nose is yellowed hay, some fruits. In mouth the beer has an expansive foamy body supported by a lively carbonation, pleasant mouthfeel. Taste is both nourishing and refreshing. Fresh straws and hay, honey, a mix-bag of fresh acidic fruits, yeast, mild herbal hops presence. Sharp finish with a mild acidity. There’s no actual problem with this beer but I cannot call it a good beer, I thought the yeast was too upfront and the malts lack definition. Anyway, the tourist friendly Naturbier is not exactly the most exciting brewpub in the world, I suspect people who find the beers from this brewpub exciting are the kind of people who type “tender love making” in porn sites search boxes.

Grifo. Jarra. Color latón y apariencia velada. espuma blanca y corona tupida y persistente que deja anillos de encaje en las paredes. Aromas terrosos y herbales. Entrada fresca y chispeante. Malteado moderado y limpio amargor. Cuerpo medio y carbonatación media/alta. Textura aguada. Final amargo y seco. On-tap. Dimpled Mug. Brass color, veiled appearance. White froth, close & lasting crown leaves lacing rings. Earthy & herbal aromas. Sparkling & crispy upfront. Moderate maltiness & clean bitterness. Medium body. Moderate to high carbonation. Watery. Dry bitter finish.
