How: Tap at brewpub.
The look: Cloudy copper body topped by a persistent medium beige head leaving a medium amount of lacings on the glass.
In long: Nose has some toasted tobacco, yeast, earth. A certain rural character in the aroma. In mouth the beer has a full fluffy body supported by a generous carbonation. Taste has earthy cereals. toasted sliced brown bread, smooth caramel, tobacco leafs, a mild refreshing acidity in the finish. Toasted earthy after-taste. I liked that beer more than I thought I would, nothing fancy here, but each flavor is well defined, the beer is tasty, nourishing and refreshing. Underrated session beer, better than I expected from this touristy brewpub. Easy to drink, after a pint I didn’t feel any alcohol buzz so I sent down a second pint to check on the first pint to see why it wasn’t doing its job.

Grifo. Jarra. Color marrón rojizo y apariencia algo velada. Espuma marfil, corona persistente y anillos de encaje. Aromas de maltas Crystal y tostadas con matices de fruta madura y sutil azucarado. Entrada fresca con sabor de maltas tostadas y azúcar subyacente. Cuerpo ligero y carbonatación moderada/alta. Limpio amargor en el intermedio y final con suave astringencia. Frutas dulces y maduras en el retrogusto.
On-tap. Dimpled Mug. Reddish brown color, chill haze appearance. Off-white foam, lasting crown & lacing rings. Toasted & Crystal malt aromas, ripe fruit hues & subtle sugar to the nose. Crispy upfront, toasted malt flavor & underneath sugar. Light body. Moderate to high carbonation. Clean bitterness in the middle & soft astringent finish. Ripe & sweet fruit on the aftertaste. On tap at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy, deep brown colored body with an inch thick, creamy, light brown head that dissipates slowly and leaves a heavy lacing. Aroma is heavy on the DMS with a lightly sweetened, bready caramel malt backing as well as a light toast and a few dark fruits. Flavor is better. Some toast, lightly sweetened caramels, a few dark fruits, bread, and a slight roast. Finishes dry and slightly bitter with a touch of toasty sweetness. Fairly lengthy aftertaste following a medium body and a soft, moderate carbonation. Overall, the aroma wasn’t very good, but the flavor was better. On tap @Naturbier, Madrid. Malty and nut aromas. Pours copper, some hazy, with white head. Light body, average carbonation, a bit crispy. Taste is malty and sweet. Simple and quaffable.
