Milder herb-würziger Beginn. Geringe Malzigkeit, trocken, ein wenig bitter. Trocken hell würzig, keine wirkliche Tiefe. Zum Ende deutlich herber. Okay. 10/7/8/7//7

Just numeral ratings due to social interaction. Yes, there is still some. Even though smart phones exist.

UPDATED: MAR 29, 2015 On tap at the brewery bar. Light amber reddish colour, hazy, almost cloudy. Off-white and frothy head. Taste is slightly bitter. Light body, medium carbonation. A little too soft.

Fat @ Naturbier. Lätt dimmig kopparfärgad med ett smutsvitt skum. Karamell, malt och gräs i doften. Smakinslag av karamell, malt samt en oklar fruktighet. Mjuk munkänsla. På väg mot det alltför söta hållet.

In short: A toasted copper lager, simple but effective session beer.
How: Tap at brewpub.
The look: Cloudy copper body topped by a persistent medium beige head leaving a medium amount of lacings on the glass.
In long: Nose has some toasted tobacco, yeast, earth. A certain rural character in the aroma. In mouth the beer has a full fluffy body supported by a generous carbonation. Taste has earthy cereals. toasted sliced brown bread, smooth caramel, tobacco leafs, a mild refreshing acidity in the finish. Toasted earthy after-taste. I liked that beer more than I thought I would, nothing fancy here, but each flavor is well defined, the beer is tasty, nourishing and refreshing. Underrated session beer, better than I expected from this touristy brewpub. Easy to drink, after a pint I didn’t feel any alcohol buzz so I sent down a second pint to check on the first pint to see why it wasn’t doing its job.

andrepintado (3788) - Porto, PORTUGAL - FEB 3, 2014
On tap at brewpub. Dark red brown color. Head is nice again. Body is thin. Some bitterness and sweetness. Aroma is mostly caramel and roasted but the experience is smooth.

Grifo. Jarra. Color marrón rojizo y apariencia algo velada. On-tap. Dimpled Mug. Reddish brown color, chill haze appearance. Off-white foam, lasting crown & lacing rings. Toasted & Crystal malt aromas, ripe fruit hues & subtle sugar to the nose. Crispy upfront, toasted malt flavor & underneath sugar. Light body. Moderate to high carbonation. Clean bitterness in the middle & soft astringent finish. Ripe & sweet fruit on the aftertaste.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy, deep brown colored body with an inch thick, creamy, light brown head that dissipates slowly and leaves a heavy lacing. Aroma is heavy on the DMS with a lightly sweetened, bready caramel malt backing as well as a light toast and a few dark fruits. Flavor is better. Some toast, lightly sweetened caramels, a few dark fruits, bread, and a slight roast. Finishes dry and slightly bitter with a touch of toasty sweetness. Fairly lengthy aftertaste following a medium body and a soft, moderate carbonation. Overall, the aroma wasn’t very good, but the flavor was better. Dry and slightly roasty with a decent caramel sweetness. Eh.
