Bottle (in NZ), pours black with a thin beige head. Roasted malt on the nose, chocolate and grassy. The mouthfeel is a little thin, roasted malt on a moderately dry and bitter palate. A good porter. Alphadelic (2249) - Portland, Oregon, USA - OCT 28, 2008
Bottle: Appearance, thick coca-cola.
Light chocolatey aroma with dark malts, some biscuity notes nothing too strong though. A really rounded sweet (but not too sweet) flavour of burnt toast and vanilla. Lightly bitter finish which is awefully pleasant and leaves you glowing.
