Dark amber color, creamy beige head, lace. Fruity aroma (banana). Quite fruity ale - a bit banana and caramel in the flavor, some yeasty notes. Decently hoppy aftertaste. English bitter influences (Challenger and East Kent Goldings used here) are mixed with typical Belgium/Dutch sweetness (sugar added).
Bottle 0,33ltr: Deep orange hazy looking beer, with enjoyable fruity taste. Fantomas23 (463) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 7, 2006
Draught at Bier Circus. May 2006. Deep orange color. Plenty of floaties. Yeasty and fruity-sweet. Not particularly complex. Some spiced notes make it more enjoyable. A clean-hop finish rounds it out well enough. thebeertourist (5189) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUL 30, 2006
Bottle. Hazy orangey amber with a small head and lots of particles floating around. Fruity and spicy aroma with a hint of coriander. Sweet and yeasty flavours with vegetables and spices. Warming alcohol. biz82 (1327) - austin, Texas, USA - MAY 6, 2006
Draught, Bier Circus, Brussels. Hazy amber w/ a fast lost head. Sour, horsey, vegetable aroma. Very fresh flavor, fruity with cherry and peach notes. Clean and tart. Didn’t seem particularly hoppy to me.

Bottled. Hazy amber coloured with a head that stays big forever. Very impressive and funny. Aroma of yeast and sea air. Yeasty flavour with some interesting smokiness. Dry finish. Quite sparkling. bierkoning (13355) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - OCT 13, 2005
Orange brown color. Vanilla and citrus in the aroma. Hopbitter flavor (30 EBU: Challenger and East Kent Goldings, the label says) with vanilla and citrus. A touch of yeast. Soft and smooth flavor, but with a firm bitterness and some blackcurrant in the aftertaste. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 30, 2005
(Bottle 33 cl) Beautiful, slightly hazy amber colour with a nice and fairly stable, off-white head. Some caramel in the nose. Light caramelish, roasted malt and a pronounced bitter finish in a medium body. Brewed with no less than 5 malts and 2 hops (Challenger and East Kent). Brewed for the beer society "De Limburgse Biervrienden". 270705 jbrus (4990) - Delft, NETHERLANDS - JUN 10, 2005
Bottled. Sweet citrus aroma, yeast and herbal in the back. Amber/copper color, beige head with large bubbles in the foam, very nice lace. Light sweet, malty, smoke, spices, light sour. Not bad but a chemical herb bitterness that I disliked a lot. Dry and warming. Also the smokiness in a spicy Belgian Ale is not a good combination. omhper (25139) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - FEB 22, 2005
Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm. Reddish amber, slightly hazy. Fruity, minerally grassynose. Sweet and hoppy with clean mouthfeel, notes of almonds and yeast. Salty, resiny finish with good bitterness.
