COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our American Pale Ale is golden in color, mildly bitter, and characterized by floral/citrus-like aromatics which are the result of an additional dry hopping with a very large amount of Cascade Hops. Crisp, crystal clear, and completely enjoyable. Currently, the top selling beer within our Nebraska brewpub.

6%ABV. Pale ale. Poured out deep gold. 8SRM. Nose is refreshing with the fruity aroma of lychees. Mouthfeel is carbonated. Palate is malty. Hops are spicy and tangy. Finished brief without much hop character.

AirForceHops (7233) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - MAR 17, 2017
Draft at the original location. 4 oz. clear amber / golden color with a small white head. Aroma of fruity hops, Carmel mall, and maybe an herbal note.

Taste is mild pale grain, very light caramel, low bitterness. It may not blow your hair back but classic example of the style. Simple.

Pours a thin head on a hazy straw body. Aroma is pine and grapefruit. Taste is mellow, tends malty with a good balance. Texture is crisp.

JDBaker11058 (2206) - Maryland, USA - DEC 8, 2016
appearance: clear medium gold, a finger of creamy-to-frothy near white head, decent lacing. taste: grapefruit, nectarine, grass, hint of pie crust or cracker. finish: light caramel, white toast, grapefruit, light marmalade, some hay and floral honey. finish: assertively bitter but clean, a bit dry. notes: Great example of the style. No particular aspect stands out strongly, but it’s very drinkable with all flavors in balance. Can from the Rare Beer Club.

floydslip (398) - Washington DC, USA - OCT 28, 2016
Light amber beer with a billowing foamy off white head. Nose of pine, orange peel, and cracker. Flavor is bright with citrus pith, soap, and something a bit astringent. The combination of flavors is a little odd. Not my favorite.

peponi (1858) - Hannover, GERMANY - OCT 6, 2016
Aroma: herbs and weak citrus, pineapple. Appearance: hazy golden color and white head. Taste: medium herbal bitterness, weak citrus notes, pineapple, nice malty backbone, semi-dry. Palate: medium body and medium carbonation, bitter finish. Overall: Nice PA, drinkable.
