Flavor shows me earthy grain hints. Autumn leaves, nuts. Medium body with a lightly dry finish. This Is about what it should be.
A- Malty, caramel, spice, bready.
A- Reddish copper color, hazy liquid, off white head.
T- Caramel, mild spice, bready, malty.
P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish.

Tap at Frisco Tap House. Pours clear dark amber with a small, fizzy off-white head, short retention with spare lacing. Aroma is toast malt, dates, light earthy hops.
