Our American Pale Ale is golden in color, mildly bitter, and characterized by floral/citrus-like aromatics which are the result of an additional dry hopping with a very large amount of Cascade Hops. Crisp, crystal clear, and completely enjoyable. Currently, the top selling beer within our Nebraska brewpub.

It pours dark gold with a white head. The head has moderate head retention. It has aromas of citrus and passion fruit. There is a grainy sweet background with a low note of apple. The initial sweetness of grapes mixed with floral elements. There is a bit of citrus and low soy in the background. The aftertaste has moderately low bitterness with some harshness. Overall, the background harsh notes could be smoothed out a bit with the flavor and aroma being decent.

From the can. Twelve days past the expiration date. Pours frothy, sudsy with a white foamy crown. Aroma is fruity, full of mango and pineapple with light caramel hints. Taste is strangely sour. I think this one has gone off. Did not finish. At least it’s a new state tick.

Clean aroma with some sweetness and grassy hops. Light bronze color, bone white head. Big and sharp hop bite with a good amount of malt to back it up. Aftertaste is dank and earthy. Great dense palate with a tinge of carbonation at the end. I really liked this, it should have a higher rating.

Rated on 10-05-2017. Canned 07/26/17. The appearance is a large creamy smooth off-white head that is mostly lasting, hazy amber body, slow rising carbonation observed, and spotty lacing. The aroma is malt, tropical fruit, hops, citrus, grapefruit, grass, floral, toffee, and caramel. The flavor presents light-medium bitterness, citrus, grapefruit, malt, caramel, some spiciness, tropical fruit, lightly sweet, and a dry finish. The mouthfeel is light carbonation and crisp. The taste of this beer is not all that tasty for the style and thus it is a so-so beer overall. This is my first rating of a beer from this brewery and it did not leave a good first impression.

Can from Utobeer, Borough. Sweet pine and citrus aroma. Bright amber, slightly hazy. Thick and fluffy white head - partly due to the open top can? Medium bitter. Some juicy sweetness. More quinine into the finish. But strangely flat in terms of taste. Body is on the lighter side. Thin with some residual slickness. Fizzy carbonation. Dry finish. Overall it's a bit of a damp squib. Not overly juicy, lacks crispness or an edge. Bland.

Onslow (1540) - Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA - SEP 1, 2017
Pour from a 12oz can with a nifty 360 degree top. You don't really need a glass with one of these cans - unless you want to see how the brew looks. And it looks deep golden amber with medium white head, good lacing. Aroma is caramel, resin, floral and spice notes. Taste is moderate caramel up front with a moderate grass, floral and spice bitterness emerging quickly. More malt in the middle with continued grass and spice; modest citrus emerges at the end and moderate resin flourishes in the finish. Really nice palate - smooth, creamy, very enjoyable. This is a rock solid APA.

magsinva (1493) - Virginia, USA - AUG 27, 2017
Draft @ Nebraska- Pours clear gold, white head. This one is all about the bitter hop notes. Finishes dry.
