Easy drinking, nice balance. Light body but overachieving in flavor. Would like to get it out in Chicago

Light amber beer with a billowing foamy off white head. Nose of pine, orange peel, and cracker. Flavor is bright with citrus pith, soap, and something a bit astringent. The combination of flavors is a little odd. Not my favorite.

Aroma: herbs and weak citrus, pineapple. Appearance: hazy golden color and white head. Taste: medium herbal bitterness, weak citrus notes, pineapple, nice malty backbone, semi-dry. Palate: medium body and medium carbonation, bitter finish. Overall: Nice PA, drinkable.

Can:   Soft amber, orangish, thin to moderate white head, spotty lacing.   Somewhat of soft pixie stix like sweetness on the nose.   Faint hop.   Stale and cardboardy like start to this one.   Little hop profile.   Not bright at all.   Seems dull with some stale wet hops or something.   A bit dank.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Dank finish, sweaty, wet hops and a bit of cardboard.   Not a fan...

12 fl. oz. can bought at Craft Beer Kontor, Hannover, 3,79 Euro. Strange small open hole. Unclear dark golden in the glass, small white head. Fruity nose, some pine. Taste starts floral fruity, a mix of mango, grapfruit, pine and honey with a malty background and pleasant bitterness. Crisp. Long lasting taste, increasing citrus in the second part. Really nice.

Can, pours dark gold with a lasting thin head and a lightly fruity nose with just a hint of metal. Full bodied for the style, yet also dry, hints of white grape, lemon, white pepper and honey, rather tasty.

nearbeer (4994) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - AUG 20, 2016
12 oz. can pours a lightly foggy orange-amber with a loose disc of bubbles. Nose is lemon furniture polish, honey, resin and buttered toast. Tastes of honey, toast, earthy tea with lemon, resin and a hint of peppery citrus zest. Light-medium body has medium-high carbonation and a drinkable balance.

A golden well balanced pale ale. Easy drinking with a good bit of hops and carbonation.
