Nice sweet belgian esters up front, citrus and floral hops, bready malts. Pours golden, nice head, nice clarity. Belgian yeast, grapefruit, floral notews, bread. Nice citrus mixed with yeast. Drinkable at this abv. Nice stuff TomDecapolis (4636) - Milton, Delaware, USA - APR 18, 2013
Pours a hazy deeper orange with a large foamy lacing white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, peppery Belgian yeast notes, peaches, mixed citrus and I’m getting a tart cherry/Brett nose out of this beer. Along the lines of a Jolly Pumpkin beer. Flavor of peaches, tropical fruits, peppery Belgian yeast notes, very dry and lots of citrusy hop character. Getting the Brett character in the flavor too. wedgie9 (2703) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - APR 5, 2013
Tasted on draft at the 2011 East Nashville Beer Festival. Pours clear, dark orange with an average white head that slowly recedes to average lace. The nose has a nice caramel base with plenty of piney green hops and spicy Belgian yeast, and a light touch of onion that I have gotten off of certain hops before. The flavor is much the same with the spicy yeast character and the bitter hops balanced well by the caramel malt, and that little hint of onion on the back of the palate. The body is full with average carbonation and a long spicy yeast, bitter hops, and hint of onion finish. I really like this beer, and realize that the onion thing is something that I perceive on certain hops. Ed5388 (3488) - Forked River, New Jersey, USA - APR 3, 2013

Enjoyed this beer as part of a sampler pack at the Nebraska Brewing Company with Family. I am not a huge hop head, but I enjoy a good hoppy beer now and again. This was one of the best I have tasted. Definitely recommend trying.

Bottle. Very sexy-looking pour -- muted orange, with a roiling head of white foam that hangs on for the duration. The aroma is a bit yeasty and hints at some spice. But while this drinks like a gritty Belgian golden ale, it also carries a distinct fruit salad aspect. Way to easy to drink for 10%. Bottle from the Best Damn Beer Shop in San Diego. Pours clear light amber with a thick white head and a floral aroma. There is a nice pale malt flavor with some banana ester and a very dry finish. A nice combination of styles. ddemmingjr (890) - Chagrin Falls, Ohio, USA - DEC 26, 2012
On tap at the Foundry: pours hazy pale golden, minimal bubbly white head that settles to a ring. Nose is pineapple, wheat, Belgian yeast, definitely smells like a Tripel. Rich bodied. Some fresh green hop notes that unfolds a grainy, Tripel beer that has some nuances that are unique. Solid BPA

This is a BIG beer. Very heavy, doesn’t drink as well as it could. But hop character is very good. This is my first offering from this brewer and I like it. I’ll keep my eye out for these guys.
