A beautiful golden crossbreed of a Belgian Tripel and a West Coast IPA. Combining the best attributes of each style in a remarkable way, this beer explodes with spiciness, tropical fruit, and an intense citrus bitterness that will leave you begging for more! (Growler thanks to bu11zeye) Pours clear yellow with a very nice head full of big oily bubbles. Nose of delicious citrus hops and spices. Taste is creamy bitter hops, perfectly balanced with the malt. A spicy linger. I thought this was awesome.

Growler thanks to bu11zeye. Orange pour with a small quickly receding white head, albeit great lacing. Aroma is soap, bitter, floral. Flavor was bitter hops and some fruit. Great carbonation.

Cloudy hoppy smooth citrus fruit and very easy drinking. Very nice over all, better than their IPA.

Pours a deep yellow. Nose is dank hops, sticky pine, and sweet caramel. Flavor is a nice sweet caramel, resiny pine, citrus and bitter hops finish. Very good IPA.

UPDATED: DEC 24, 2011 Draft, pours hazed gold with white head. Nose has big spicy yeast and coriander. Flavors have sweet orange and tropical fruit, spicy yeast and sweet candy sugar. 3.4 12/23/11, draft at the brewery, 24oz for $6 and it went down easy, pretty solid hoppy triple, lots of citrus fruit working perfectly with a spicy yeast profile, alcohol is in check and this never becomes too sweet. Really exactly what Haymarket is going for. Very well done. 3.9

Growler from my local Whole Foods. Pours a cloudy orange with a very small ring of white head. Aroma of tangy citrus, Belgian yeast, candi sugar, tropical fruit. Flavor is very citrusy and fruity on the initial sip (sweet mango!) followed by light hop bitterness, bready malts, and a touch of yeast. Plenty of Belgian character coupled with the citrusy/fruity notes of an IPA. Good stuff! 8/4/8/4/15 [3.9/5]

Nice sweet belgian esters up front, citrus and floral hops, bready malts. Pours golden, nice head, nice clarity. Belgian yeast, grapefruit, floral notews, bread. Nice citrus mixed with yeast. Drinkable at this abv. Nice stuff.
