750 ml bottle. Big fruity nose with lots of apricot and some funky farmhouse yeast. Deep orange color. Nice apricot flavors, funky yeast, rich, lovely fruit. Nice tartness to balance. Peppery finish.

Bomber. Nose of yeast, light spritzy stone fruit, and honey sweetness. Cloudy straw color. Moderately tart stone fruit, light peppery hop. Thin-medium body. Pleasant, with fairly rich flavors for a saison, good tartness.

Pours hazy dark golden color with a large white head. Strong rose hip on the nose, yeast, spices, apricot, some lime. Flavor is apricot, rose hip, sweetish peach, some spices, wooden notes, earth and yeast. Quite nice.

This was really good. I like the regular Apricot au Poivre, and this one was better. Nicely tart, but not overly so. Nice mix of apricot and black pepper, which becomes more prominent as it warms.Bits of stone and oak, as well.

Big oak, Chardonnay and fruity nose. Modestly dry with some tartness and funk. Very dry, lots of oak and peaches. Big sourness. Full body. Tons of fruitiness. Lots of sour and fruitiness. Decent, but not outstanding
