Draft to taster at FoBAB 16. Pours a hazy amber color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have sweet malts, vanilla, caramel, dark fruit, vanilla is powdery on the flavor, wood, barrel notes. MetalNHopHead (2306) - Lincoln, Nebraska, USA - NOV 10, 2016
That 11.5% ABV be damned, I could drink a dangerous amount of this stuff. There’s a much more well-known (well-known around here anyway) Nebraska vanilla beer that I’ll leave unnamed. I would take this over it any day. Lovely sepia pour. Brown sugar, toffee, booze, oak, and, of course, vanilla notes. Full-bodied but surprisingly smooth. When NBC gets it right, they really nail it.

A- Brown color, hazy liquid, beige head.
T- Vanilla, caramel.
P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, full finish.
O- Wow, tons and tons of real vanilla flavor. This is like vanilla heaven in a glass. Not artificial at all. Maybe the best beer brewed in Nebraska. Hope this becomes a regular thing. KyotoLefty (10920) - Kyoto, JAPAN - NOV 3, 2016

On tap at Flying Saucer Anniversary. Pours a cloudy brown with medium off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong vanilla bean, toffee, candy sugar. Medium body, similar flavors to nose, very sweet, hides alcohol well, really enjoyed this.
