4 oz. taster. Draft at the original location. Lightly hazy gold, nice lacing and head. Aroma is nice, orange peel, mild Belgian yeast, coriander seed. Flavor is as it should be... Honestly, very simple but extremely easy to drink. Perfect example of the style. ads135 (4727) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - OCT 21, 2016
Slightly better than average wit. Slick and sweet. Banana and clove was more than apparent and I wouldn’t have more than one at a time, but good in small doses. theisti (4138) - Kansas, USA - JUL 22, 2016
16 oz plastic glass draft at the Nebraska Brewing Company Brewery and Taproom in La Vista, Nebraska. There was a charity event going on that I participated in, it seems that proper glassware is the norm here. The pour is a hazy yellow with a well formed one inch pure white head. The aroma is Wit yeast, soft apple pear fruit, bit of lemon citrus and a soft funk. The taste is the pleasant clove wit, touch of spice, the fruit pear sweetness and the finish is drying Brett type funk. I don’t believe this beer intentionally has Brett, but it certainly seems present. The palate is light to medium bodied, unfiltered mouth fell, soft carbonation and the dry mineral Brett finish. Tasty and easy drinking. ozzy70 (1170) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - JAN 18, 2016

A- Banana, wheat, citrus.
A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head.
T- Soap, lemon, cleaner, jelly beans.
P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, chemical finish.
P- The waitress put a nasty looking orange slice on here, which I immediately took off. Now I see why, the grungy orange slice could have only helped it. No spice in here and lots of cleaner and chemical notes. Very let down as I really was looking forward to it. edgallow (4218) - nashville, Tennessee, USA - JUL 29, 2015

Tap at the brewpub. Very murky yellow pour - bartender says this is much murkier than usual. Wheat, citrus, mild banana - pretty decent. arminjewell (9688) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - MAR 15, 2015
Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy golden pour with fluffy white head, aroma brought notes of biscuit, wheat, grass into nice banana, pear, some other white fruit into a bit of yeast, slight clove. Taste was a mix of grass, biscuit, bread, hints of banana and pear into a bit of wheat, grain into spice, finishing sweet, spicy. cards04 (2822) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - JAN 19, 2015
A hazy pale yellow wit. Aromas are big Belgian candy. Flavors are more of that sweet yeast strain, a bit of orange and herb. Really good wit.
