A light-bodied Belgian Wit beer brewed with Orange Peel and Coriander. Unfiltered, straw in color with an aroma that hints to the Orange / citrus character. Meant to be enjoyed alone or better yet with a light appetizer or interesting salad. Light and refreshingly crisp with a mild fruity/citrus character.

A light, mild wit. Some citrus and a touch of spice. A dash of soap too, unfortunately, but it is still good. A nice light brew. On tap at Rattle’n’Hum.

murphym45 (769) - New York, New York, USA - NOV 28, 2010
On tap @ Rattle N Hum. Golden yellow with some haze and a bit of white head. Aroma is full of clove along with some orange, citrus, and nutty components. Light bodied and refreshing, citrus comes out a bit more on the palate. A very solid wit, true to style.

Draft. Pours hazy yellow gold with a white head. Zesty lemony aroma with coriander. Similar flavor with a light sweetness. Pretty good.

moseefus (79) - Little Rock, Arkansas, USA - OCT 2, 2009
Very traditional wit. Clove, honey, banana, definitely unfiltered, golden in color with a thin white head. A bit too carbonated for me.

beerhobo22 (5) - OMAHA, Nebraska, USA - JUL 4, 2009 does not count
Aromas of orange peel and wheat. Mild hop aromas are present, but don’t dominate. Good head with decent retention. Hazy, light straw color. Crisp fruit character with good balance of wheat and hop biterness. Light bodied with clean finish. Unfiltered, but very easy to drink; a good session beer.

kitschy (326) - Nebraska, USA - MAY 5, 2009
UPDATED: MAY 7, 2009 I can’t stop laughing... Perfectly on-style - I can tell because I am allergic to the taste. Peppery lemon nose, lovely lemon haze in color. A tasty Nebraska treat.
