COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A light-bodied Belgian Wit beer brewed with Orange Peel and Coriander. Unfiltered, straw in color with an aroma that hints to the Orange / citrus character. Meant to be enjoyed alone or better yet with a light appetizer or interesting salad. Light and refreshingly crisp with a mild fruity/citrus character.

A light, muddy, very refreshing wheat beer with mild orange/citrus flavor. No after taste. Excellent beer - my personal favorite of all beers! Garnish with an orange or lemon slice.

Aromas of orange peel and wheat. Mild hop aromas are present, but don’t dominate. Good head with decent retention. Hazy, light straw color. Crisp fruit character with good balance of wheat and hop biterness. Light bodied with clean finish. Unfiltered, but very easy to drink; a good session beer.

Cloudy gold color with a yeast aroma and fizzy palate. Had a wonderful slightly fruity finish.

Sampler at brewpub. Pours yellow with a white head. Leaves a fair amount of lacing in the glass. Nice, bright orange notes on the nose and tongue balanced by the coriander notes. Finished clean. Nice one.

On tap at Beertopia. Pour is hazy yellow with a big white head and great lacing. Big wheaty, citrusy, bananay, doughy, clove, and coriander aroma. Taste is citrus, lemon peel, somewhat grassy, wheat, bread, white pepper, basil, and orange with a lightly spicy finish. Full mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Really nice sessionable beer and the mouthfeel on this one is surprisingly full-bodied. Tasty.

On tap at the brewpub. The body was very hazy pale yellow with a white head. The aroma was lemons and light coriander. The taste was sweet with lemon sherbet. There was some nice coriander in the finish. Absolutely solid.

UPDATED: APR 24, 2012 Tap @ Crescent Moon. Cloudy, light banana yellow appearance with a small, white head. Coriander, moderately spicy, orange peel, yeasty, witbier aroma. Slightly spicy, orange peel, coriander, easy drinking witbier. Carbonation seems a bit low, though I could be wrong. Pretty good witbier. Refreshing.

Draft at Rattle with Andrew. Pours a bright hazy orange. Aroma is lemon, yeast, wheat and a nice light sour tartness. Mouthfeel is smooth, but crisp with great sour citrus notes, earthy lemon, yeast, and wheat.
