COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Nebraska was home to many wonderful breweries before us. This Beer pays homage to some of The Choicest Products of the Brewers’ Art. Wonderfully bright and pale in color with a satisfying malt flavor. Classically Nebraskan.

It pours straw with a white head that has moderate head retention. The beer is very clear. It has grainy sweet aromas with slight cracker. There are also some flower notes. There is a hint of winy aroma. It has a grainy sweet flavor with a combination of floral and herbal elements. The bitterness is moderately high overall. It has a moderate body with a long lasting dry aftertaste. Overall, there is a good balance between the grainy sweetness and bitterness of the hops with pleasant floral and herbal flavors and a dry finish.
