From a bottle at the RBSG in Portland. Pours a light gold with a wisp of a white head. Nose of peaches. Light body. Flavor is the peach first and then possibly apple. Dry sweet finish. Pretty good.

brokensail (16449) - Dublin, California, USA - JUL 2, 2015
Bottle @ De Garde. Gushed when I opened it. What? Pale straw pour with some light carbonation. Wax and pepper on the nose. Some peach candy, mild honey, and flowers. There’s a slight sweetness on the tongue. A weird peppery note and spiciness. Tastes kind of like wax paper. Slight grass, honey, and grape. Meh.

Sledutah (7534) - Utah, USA - JUN 23, 2015
Bottle at the RBSG in Portland, hotel tasting
Clear straw yellow with a small white head, no lacing. Mild aroma of peaches and honey. Taste of peaches and honey
Thin, but a nice mead

mcberko (17845) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 22, 2015
500mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small tiny head. Aroma brings out metallic notes, light peaches and light wood. Flavour is along the same lines, with faded peaches and light metallic notes. Nothing overly interesting. Okay.

djd07 (14521) - Houston, Texas, USA - JUN 21, 2015
Bottle. Pours a pale yellow gold with small white head. The aroma is peach, apple, spice. Thin mouth, honey, apple, peach, light dryness, decent.

Ferris (15312) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 21, 2015
Bottle - Light honey notes. Almost clear. Light curbed honey and apple. Sweet, light and unfortunately no peach.

bpreo (2840) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - JUN 14, 2015
Pleasant aroma, is it cinnamon? Doesn’t really taste like peach. Sampled at Tap & Growler.

Salmoniform (1272) - Sweet Home, Oregon, USA - OCT 25, 2013
Poured from bottle to glass. Crystal clear light golden with fizzy white head which dissipated almost immediately. Aroma is spectacularly floral with notes of wildflower honey and peach. Low carbonation and light body lead to a watery mouthfeel. Taste is sweet initially with a slight carbonation following and slightly dry finish. Overall, a decent aroma but this concoction comes accross as lacking and unfortunately artificial.
