Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a clear yellow with a creamy and lacing white head. Quite some cardboard aroma with a poor maltiness. Medium body, again a rather poor and grainy maltiness. Dry finish. 230512 EchoShine (36) - Athens, GREECE - FEB 8, 2012
Aroma: nothing complex going on. but present more on the caramel side that last stays solid over the slightly bitterness that wants to come thru but doesn’t.
There isn’t a whole lot of CO2 at all. Minimal bite. Its clear with minimal head.
The well balance of sweetness over hoppyness is what makes me keep drinking as it stays with you. Lightly bitter and light to medium balanced maltyness that stays with the tongue like caramel for a long time. Could use a bit more bite on the tongue, but from Greek beers such as Mythos, Fix, Bios, Athens Craft Lager, its a bit different and a bit tastier with less bite. All in all highly drinkable lager.
For a Greek beer, I have already recommended to a friend.

Another one Greek beer that comes from a Microbrewery in Kalamata Messinia. Classic type of lager. Light body, weak aroma and taste. Easy to drink. Very refreshing for hot summer days, but tha’s all. thebeerguru (1) - kalamata, GREECE - JAN 12, 2010 does not count
