Flavour is medium dry yeasty, wheaty and estery with a mild bitterness into the finish. Medium sweet fruity finish slowly lingering into a more dry and estery far finish. Bottled. An unclear orange beer with a huge light orange head. The aroma is sweet and freshly wheaty with hints of citrus. The flavor is wheaty with light notes of banana and citrus, the latter giving it a hint of acidity towards the end, which also is dry and slightly bitter. The body is light for the style though without being thin. oh6gdx (26485) - Vasa, FINLAND - JUL 16, 2011

Bamberg Bash Day 2. Tap at the brewpub. Hazy gold beer, big white head. Big floral sweetness. Little lactose. Finishes crisp. Pretty floral and lacto. Fine.
(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy, golden with a tall, dense, white head. Distinct aroma of yeast and banana. Light and somewhat watery body with a distinct, underlying citrusy tartness. I really haven’t been too impressed by the Weissbiers of Forchheim. 131106 Beerhunter111 (22974) - P´Castle, GERMANY - FEB 8, 2014

Some citrus fruit accents, prominent sugary wheat, a little yeast expression. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Further sugary wheat in the finish, a hint of white bread. Nice and drinkable. Theydon_Bois (20922) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - JAN 30, 2014
