Dedollewaitor (16545) - Odense, DENMARK - AUG 9, 2010
Bottle @ Berlin/Bavaria Tasting, Odense. Pours clear yellow with a creamy white head. Nose is vegetables, dust and paper. Cabbage. Rather horrible . . Infected . .

MiP (16055) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - AUG 22, 2009
Bottle, 4.9% bought at the brewpub. Mild dusty aroma. Clear shiny golden colour. Mild dusty flavour as well, low bitterness. Clean.

ToddA (21) - California, USA - APR 12, 2009
Swing top bottle purchased in Bamberg in 12/08. Enjoyed in 4/09. Clean with an interesting hop character that interplays well with the malt backbone of this beer. Hard to describe but to say a very Franconian beer...

omhper (25963) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - AUG 11, 2008
Bottled at Annafest, Forchheim. Clear golden, small head. Grassy nose. Dryish and lightly fruity. Light-medium body. Streamlined, but quite fruity with growing late bitterness.

Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - JUL 8, 2008
Golden with a nice, creamy head. The aroma has notes of straw, grass and a bit of citrus and malt. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of malt, flower and a slightly dry citrus-bitterness. It’s a really nice pilsner.

Papsoe (25054) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 2, 2007
(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, pilsener golden with a rough, white head. Malty nose. Medium body, sweetish malty, slightly bready with some flower notes before a discreetly bitter finish. A bit low in carbonation and perhaps a bit over the top. 270907

Grovlam (4257) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - SEP 30, 2007
Bottle. [Courtesy of Papsoe] Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Light cloudy orange colour. Spare lacework. Aroma of grass and floral. Also some caramel, grain. Quit malty base I thought. Medium bodied with a light dry texture and a soft carbonation. Light to moderated bitter with light sweet flavour. Light dry and bitter finish.

Quack-Duck (9540) - Down South, GERMANY - SEP 28, 2007
bottle, thank you MoritzF! Golden colour, large and persistent white head, hoppy nose. Floral and herbal hoppy flavours dominate over a pleasantly fruity and malty background. Bitter-sweet and highly aromatic. Dry finish and hoppy aftertaste.

Ungstrup (38986) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - SEP 28, 2007
Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw on a light malty background. The flavor is sweet malty combined with notes of straw and bread, leading to a dry bitter finish.

MoritzF (10199) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - MAR 15, 2007
(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a beautiful blond foamy head. Aromatic and balanced, slightly sweet malty and citrousy, slightly spicy hop aroma. Sweet and light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Straw-malty, grainy taste; moderately dry malty and citrousy, mild-hoppy finish. Once again a good one made by Neder.
