motelpogo (7704) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - DEC 29, 2011
UPDATED: JUN 30, 2012 on tap at hutt’n in nuremburg. almost black with a lasting off-white head, made to look much more impressive by the beautiful bulbous glass bearing the beer’s name. plenty of burnt porridge in th aroma, some luscious caramel well balanced with an almost dirty bitterness. nothing too spectacular in a bottle but a real treat on tap (especially at hutt’n)

3.6
Ernest (7747) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - DEC 26, 2011
Rated at Hutt’n in Nov 2011. Head is mostly lasting. Body is dark brown. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (roasted grain, chocolate), moderately hoppy (herbs, flowers). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter. Medium body, velvety texture, lively carbonation. A mild, hop-accented rendition that’s not as roasty as I’d like but still very pleasant, balanced, and clean.

Embrouille (2854) - SWITZERLAND - DEC 23, 2011
Bottled 50cl. Ordered from www.bierzwerg.de. Extremely lactic. Low bitterness. I didn’t enjoy this beer. Very dissapointing.

Braudog (6791) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - DEC 10, 2011
Draft at Hütt’n. Dark red and full-bodied, this carries a very mellow toffee essence, exceptionally easy to drink, smooth and sessionable. #4375, 11/30/2011)

2.8
Koelschtrinker (20781) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 9, 2011

meerbier (1474) - Pijnacker, NETHERLANDS - APR 18, 2011
[email protected], label said 5.2%. Chocolate and butter aroma. Black, beige head, good lace. Sweet, light bitter, chocolate, butter. Soft and sticky. Hmmm...
