Deep amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, caramel malts, some mild sweet wooden notes as well as some slight smoked wet wooden notes. Flavour is quite much the same along with a slight touch of cooked vegetables.

Bamberg Bash Day 2. Train swig. Clear deep amber, Little pale tan head. Palate is light and dry and crisp. Light touch of dark malts. Light caramel and dried fruits. Minerally crisp finish.

Bottle shared on the train during the Bamberg Jolly - January 2014. Pours clear amber with a foamy, off-white head. Sugary stuff, with toasty brown bread, light earth and leathery berries. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet on the finish, with notes of brown sugar, dry toasted bread, some fruit leather. Very good stuff.
