bottle - pours a light ruby color with a few bubbles here and there as a head. The aroma is nutty with a slight bit of fruitiness. The taste is nutty with a hint of caramel, too weak in my opinion to be a true vienna, this brew is a bit watery and could use some body. The finish is lightly bitter. All else aside it’s drinkable and considering the source not all that bad.

Alright. Listen. I don’t know where you hop jockeys get off rating Negra Modelo a 1 or 2. I’ve been drinking this for years, and it beats the hell out of any of those "you were born in the wrong caste to enjoy this beer" fucktouple IPAs that Stone puts out. I started drinking this in college when I wanted to feel fancy and get the same feeling cracking open a beer that I do busting open a ferrero rochet. And unlike the other stuff I had to drink in college because I was broke as flying stock broker in the Depression-this still holds up! Notes: appearance- brown, gold foil, nice head (NICE.) It makes me really happy when I see it, so I gave it a 5/5 in appearance. Aroma- I’ve smelled worse. 5/10. Taste- it’s a brown ale kinda taste. Goes great with dried rub Cajun wings. There’s this Creole place down the street from me that makes these dope AF fried wings and I wish they sold N.M. I could take with me so I didn’t have to make 2 stops for dinner. 8/10. Palate- I don’t know what the hell palate means. 5/5. Overall-this beer kicks ass and if you don’t enjoy it for actual taste reasons, I respect that your taste is different from mine. But if you’re giving it a 1 or 2 rating just because you can get it in a grocery store in the same section as Budweiser and Coors, you can shove it. March your one member ass-hat parade outside until you come to your senses and stop acting like you’re better than this.

Aroma: Promising; cereal notes. Appearance: Dark brown color with clear liquid and minimal white head. Taste: First disappointment; very light sweet/bitter notes Palate: Second disappointment: light body with thin texture and average carbonation. Abrupt astringent finish. Overall: To drink cold in summer, it has a bit more flavour than other beers of its style but It doesn’t leave a memory.

Aus der Flasche getrunken (Händlerlieferung). Ziemlich dünn im Aroma und Geschmack. Leichte Malzigkeit, aber ansonsten nix weiter..

Sweet amber beer. Biscuits, malt, toffee. Nice and refreshing too. Definitely my pick compared to some other Mexican brews.

Pours a clear, ruby-copper-golden with neatly no head. Toasted malt and mildly fruity nose. Flavor is corny and fruity immediately, losing character quickly.

Bottle - Pours an amber brown, with white head. Aroma of toffee, fermented breads, malt, some fruit. Flavors of toffee, caramel. A malty Vienna. Mild hops, typical amber lager.

Once my favorite Mexican beer, I still drink Negra occasionally. Poured from a squatty 12 oz. bottle it gives a dark amber along with a thin light tan foam. It has a smell of grain. It tastes of a metallic maltiness, biscuit and a very slight caramel sweetness at the end. It benefits greatly from an added slice of lime. Add it, drink it, be happy.

bottle poured on pilsner glass, brownish color with medium head, aroma are mostly caramel malts, taste is basically the same, low carbonation, somewhat watery, booze very slightly present, for a macro beer, is decent considering the style

355 ml. bottle b/b 25.02.2017. Amber to brown colour, nice compact head with good retention. Nuts, toffee, sweet fruits aroma. Low carbonation, sweet alcohol impression, biscuit, roasted malts. Nice but cloying.

Helder bruin bier zonder schuim. Smaak stelt weinig voor, licht rook en karamel, licht zoet. Niet echt bijzonder maar ook niet echt slecht.
