Nelson, Copenhagen. A quickly diminishing tiny white head upon a very pale, unclear straw-yellow body. Light acidulous, fresh apple aroma. A faint note of barnyard. Fruity apple flavor, suitable sweet. A nice tartness underneath. Slick mouthfeel. Fine fruity dryness in the finish. Very likable.

very nice aroma, well balanced between acid. cloudy yellow, no head.
flavor is quite mild for a cider, lots of carbonation for a cider. a bit sweeter than what i’ve had in spain and from england. ends a little dry and apple juicy sweet at the same time. alc absolutely extremely well hidden.
