Clear medium orange colour with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dusty malt, wood - tobacco, moderate hoppy, dusty hops, sharp, light nutty - earthy. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, nutty - earthy, UK yeast, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

Clear medium amber orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, honey. Initial flavor is moderate sweet, finish flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, honey, flowers, sweet malt, caramel, hop bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.

Cask @ Crosse Keys, London. Clear amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light caramel and yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 041013

Cask at the ’Blue Anchor’ pub Hammersmith. Drank by the Thames in the sun. Pale yellow with a bubbly white head. Not much going on in the smell at all - I really can’t pick anything out to describe.
