The excellent taste of Nepal Ice comes from the perfect blend of the finest malts and grains, best hops and pure yeast.

From a bottle poured a straw color with a fair amount of head. Light sweet malty flavor with a quick finish.

Aroma is quite malty. Taste is largely sweet malt with some vegetal notes. We’re just here for the tick, kids.

Bottle 33cl. @restaurant Annapurna, Castricum, poured into Nepal Ice lager glass. Clear pale golden, small frothy wite head, mostly diminishing, light lacing; aroma malty, grainy; taste medium sweet and light bitter, light malty, bit hoppy; sweetbitter aftertaste, spicy hints; medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation; not bad.

KyotoLefty (10693) - Kyoto, JAPAN - MAY 5, 2016
Bottle at the Nepalese joint next to Bungalow. Pale gold with a tall, airy head, high carbonation. Light citrus nose, plain malts. sweet and malty, approaching an Export in style. Low hops, some lemon and grass. Nothing special, but not bad.

Bottle at my local Nepalese place. Corn and syrup on the nose. Sweet and slightly grainy on the palate. Sweet and kind of plastic-like on the finish. Yuck.

330 ML bottle My bottle is 5% ABV Clear straw yellow. Bright white head that had to be worked. Otherwise a thin collar. Some lacing strips. Nose is sweet grain, sweet corn, lots of sugar, kid of cidery in a way. Not very hopeful on this with the nose. Taste is really sweet. Sweet stewed corn and stalks, sweet grain, some green apple, wet sugary lettuce. Some apple cider notes. Not good at all based on that fault. Slick and sweet in mouth. Goes down like a lump. Not good at all.

330ml bottle into glass. Sweet malt nose. Slightly cloudy yellow with the odd bubble. Two finger white head. Chalky flat mouthfeel. Sweet bubblegum finish, some pepper lurking. A bit of tin late on. Strange mixture of flavours. Not to be repeated.

KeefOz (1916) - Tarragindi, AUSTRALIA - DEC 19, 2014
Tasted 15/12/2014. BB 25/05/2015. Poured a clear pale straw colour with a few white bubbles as a collar. No lacing. Carbonation nil. Aroma subtly of slightly sweet malt and grain is quite pleasant but typical of a lager; no obvious hops. Taste subtly of slightly sweet malt but no hops bitterness; malt dominates. Light body. Crisp refreshing smooth mouthfeel typical of a lager. Very similar to "Mustang Premium Lager Beer".

Light straw color; Light body; Aroma of hay, grain, & some cereal; Flavor of malt, grain, and light hops; Decent.

Bottle from Casablanca Brasserie 241014. One of those beers that you know is going to be average at best but you have to give it a go. Label is good, may be the best thing that I can say about this beer. Very pale, very bland and very ordinary, but I knew that would be the case when I bought it.
