Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from Hannaford, Raymond. Appearance is cloudy light orange/dark yellow with trace sparkle, finger-width foamy white head with poor retention and minimal lacing. Aroma is brown sugar, sweet malts, with fruity, citrusy hops, some faint basement dankness. Taste is citrusy orange with slight sourness over malt backbone. Palate is light bodied with thin texture, soft carbonation and mix of sweet and bitter finish with light sour tinge. Overall, aroma and taste shine while appearance and palate pale (no pun intended) by comparison. malrubius (2896) - Springfield, Vermont, USA - NOV 13, 2015
Bottle from Mahkit Baskit. Fairly complex fruity nose with some perfume and floral and a hint of tartness. Apricot peach fruity sweetness that is fairly pungent for style. Very mild bready finish with some lingering rindy bitterness. Medium body, well hidden alcohol. Pretty decent. halfonit (1366) - Fall River, Massachusetts, USA - AUG 3, 2014
Pours a murky deep golden color with sediment floating all around. Super think white head. Aroma is of your typical American Pale Ales, malts and hops pretty much run the scene with some subtle fruit and alcohol. A little heavier palate with a silky feel. Flavor is the same, slightly dryer finish. PhatB420 (840) - Pittsfield, Massachusetts, USA - SEP 14, 2013
22oz into a Newburyport brewing pint from Market Basket somewhere in NH. Pours a nice bright orange shade with fall autumn colors and crisp tan backgrounds. Taste is fruitful, sweet hoppy, and pleasant. Not a superior bite with the hops, but goes down very delightful with a crisp flow of the mild carbination and mix of malts througout. Aroma is sweet, candied mints at times, but sweet sugar at others, then a nice hop slap at others, not conventional, but very appealing. A fun brew to try. jimhilt (2610) - Bow, New Hampshire, USA - JUL 30, 2013
Pours a five+ finger cream head that fades slowly leaving a good lace. Hazy amber color. Good carbonation and medium bodied. Hoppy nose and flavor is a decent balance of caramel and hops. Good APA. Higher ABV is hidden. $5.99 for a 22oz bottle from Market Basket Concord, NH.

From the 12 fl. oz. bottle. It pours a cloudy looking golden amber tone with a foamy head that has great retention. The aroma has a lot of interesting characteristics beginning with pale malts and a touch of caramel sweetness and then swiftly evolving into a earthy-piney hoppiness and grapefruit or other citrus note. The body is medium but rather acidic. The taste is unlike many other pale ales with a slight alcohol burn and even a black licorice kind of character. More hoppy than malty. radagast83 (8059) - Alexandria, Virginia, USA - JUN 30, 2013
Poured a relatively clear golden color with a lasting small white head. Aroma was slightly bitter malt notes. Okay brew here. BeerandBlues2 (13308) - Escondido, California, USA - JUN 30, 2013
Bottle shared by Travlr. Pours lightly hazy amber with a frothy off-white head, long retention with good lacing. Aroma is pine, floral and citrus hops with cereal malt. Flavor is medium hops and bitterness with crisp malt and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation. Travlr (24745) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JUN 30, 2013
Bottle during a New England state ticking frenzy while playing the Under-21 game at Mission Brewing. Murky amber color, thick white head. Aroma of fruity lemmon. Taste is bitter lemon. VALIS (229) - Nashua, New Hampshire, USA - FEB 10, 2013
Shiny copper pour with very large but not persistent lacing. Sweet aroma of apples and hops. Very sour and malt forward taste. Pleasantly sour but gets your attention, that’s for sure. Unique and well made, another great one from this little known and underrated brewery.
