Cask at the Moon Under Water (JDW), Watford on 19 April 2013. Poured a light amber with a dense white head and some lacing. Aroma of straw, wet grass and caramel. The Paper Moon, Dartford, Kent, 20/04/13. Bright copper topped with white. Tizer and pickled ginger aroma. Lucozade, wooden, soda flavour. Caramel and biscuit afters. Celery hint. Not great.

Cask, Lord Keeper of the Great Seal, Oadby. Golden brown with an off white foam. Aromas are toasted malts with candy sugar and lemon. Spicy ginger with vegetable notes. Flavours are sweet mixed citrus and apple with jammy notes. Floral low spiced ginger with a dry finish. Not bad. , Wolverhampton. Pale amber with a small head and good lacing. An aroma of ginger hits the nose. The taste is mainly ginger with some lemon and malts. A little sweet. Not the best.
