Bottle 1,5l (PET) from the brewpub. Aroma is yeasty, sour, wheat, fruit, tones of bananas. Hazy, yellow/orange colored, high carbonated beer. Flavor is medium full, sour, dry, strong tones of wheat, yeast, fruit. At first slightly bitter, then more. Bottle from the brewery. Light gold body, high stable creamy white head. Wheat malty aroma with tones of banana and apricot, fruitiness. Taste at first very dry, next sour with low bitterness, aftertaste sour/bitter. Malt, wood, fruits, grains, hop (not well chosen). Drinkable, refreshing, but unbalanced with unpleasant bitterness.
On tap ((?)@ the brewpub): Pale golden,cloudy, big and stable creamy white head, relatively sourish nose with a light touch of fruits and wheat; light sourish-sweetish flavour, light bodied and relatively soft; shorter sourish fruity finish. Refreshing, but not so complex Weizen…
