bartlebier (4032) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - APR 15, 2014
33cl bottle from Alnatura, the ideal stable for macho metaphors about pale lagers as sexy true blondes. Pours a watery hay golden, nose of eggwhite and cornflakes. Tastes as natural and wholesome as diluted crispy cereals spiced with a minor helping of hops would, but lacks a bit of yeast/true beer character, even as a lager.

culchiem (4030) - Berlin, GERMANY - MAY 18, 2011
Bottle. Light gold with a thin head. Bready malt aroma with a light sweet background. Flavour is sweet malt with bread notes. Finish is mild sweet

pivo (2685) - GERMANY - AUG 10, 2005
Sweet grainy nose, pale yellow color with a low frothy head. Lemony malt emerges from an otherwise thin body. Stinging bitter with a bitter a grass at the end. A perfumy, lavender quality comes through as well as the glass warms. Weak, thin, but interesting tastes. Not so good, but somehow intriguing.

YogiBeera (2569) - New Jersey, USA - AUG 7, 2005
Palest yellow imaginable in this glass. Fizzy soapy head - made me actually woried that I haven’t rinsed out the glasses - but nope - it’s the beers appearance itself. Fizzy carbonation, slightly clay and intense lemon nose. Grass and unbearable lavender taste. Yuckie.

So apparently this is a "bio" beer, since I found it in a biologically-friendly shop in Paris! Pours with huge head, perfect yellow body. Aroma of almost entirely hops. The taste is a smooth mix of bread and hops, as well as a smooth finish. Pretty good, though not entirely exciting.

armando629 (2456) - Budapest, HUNGARY - MAY 1, 2009
0,33 l bottle. Poured clear yellow with a small white head. Lemony malt in the nose. Medium body with sweet malt, typical palelager-fermentation, sourish yeast taste and a grassy hop in the finish. Drinkable, but forgetable.

Shaney (2423) - Köln / Cologne, GERMANY - NOV 1, 2013
Hellgelbes Blond mit netter Schaumkrone. Minimal grasiges Aroma. Wässriger Antrunk mit etwas malziger Süße, die dann leicht bitter wird und trocken, säuerlich ausklingt. Überflüssiges Produkt.
