[bottle] Slight nutty and sherry accents in the aroma together with cream and toffee. Clear bronze with a lasting, off-white blanket on top that laces the glass. Nice caramel flavour that is biscuity and with watermelon and walnut notes. Light body, medium carbonation, slight nutty bitter finish.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. The beer tastes malty, a bit roasted, smoky, warming and soft finish. Good dunkel!

330 ml. Darkish brown with a small, creamy disc of foam that tries to last. Aromas of whole grain bread, chocolate, molasses, and toasted nut. Big flavor on the first taste is the same combination. The same flavors later dry out a bit and develop some bitterness with some dry cocoa and toast. Light-medium body is smooth and somehow finishes nicely dry with all the malt flavors.

Bottled(500ml). -Dark amber coloured, medium to big pale tan head, pleasant milk chocolate nose. Moderate malty, brown sugar, bread and hoppy herbal taste with notes of rye in the finish. Also some weak chocolate notes. A bit messy, but otherwise quite good bio dunkel.

Bottle. The Dunkel smells flowery, a little bit citrus and grapefruit. The medium white creamy head stays normal long. The body is dark red. The taste is light bitter, a little bit of chocolate, medium duration. The body is light to medium with a light creamy and dry texture, the carbonation is medium.

Floral notes, plus caramel, plus bread dough in the nose. Auburn colored with a thin head. Very sweet palate, very little in the way of hops, a very simple beer.
